We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@strsofficial.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue.

All claims are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a return or refund.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply no longer wanting the product.
